1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1xbeat" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service accessible at 1xbeat.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and applications operated under the 1xbeat brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on 1xbeat or who accesses any part of the 1xbeat platform, whether logged in or as a guest visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 1xbeat registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 1xbeat account at any given time, including deposited funds, bonus credits and pending withdrawals where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account under any active 1xbeat promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to, or use of, online gambling services is unlawful or restricted by applicable legislation.
• "Force Majeure" refers to events or circumstances beyond 1xbeat's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, technical failures of third-party infrastructure and network outages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1xbeat platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 1xbeat platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xbeat. They apply in addition to any specific rules, terms or conditions published in relation to individual games, promotions, payment methods or other features of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any specific terms published elsewhere on the 1xbeat platform, the specific terms shall take precedence in relation to the relevant feature or promotion only.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 1xbeat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the 1xbeat platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by 1xbeat for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or affiliate of 1xbeat, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

1xbeat reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC or passport — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of age or identity misrepresentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 1xbeat platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address , IP address, device fingerprint, payment method or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited. 1xbeat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, your residential address in Pakistan and a mobile number registered in your name. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

• All registration information must be truthful and must correspond to your actual identity.
• Registration using a false name, fictitious identity or another person's identity details is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Players from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar and all other cities across Pakistan are welcome to register subject to eligibility requirements.
• 1xbeat reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbeat login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 1xbeat staff will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat or telephone.

All bets, wagers and transactions placed from your account while your credentials are in use are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 1xbeat in writing of a compromise of your account security. In such circumstances, you must contact 1xbeat support immediately so that your account can be suspended pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

1xbeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Currently supported methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the account cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved by the 1xbeat payments team in writing.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank are typically settled on the same business day.
• 1xbeat reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance procedure.
• Deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Any deposits suspected to originate from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
• 1xbeat does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own charges, over which 1xbeat has no control.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposited funds that have not been mixed with active bonus balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

1xbeat offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and PSL season special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements for bonus funds are clearly displayed on each promotion page before a player opts in. Players are advised to read these requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held in separate balance pools within your account. The order in which each pool is used for wagering will be displayed in the account cashier.
• 1xbeat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposits already made will be returned as real-money funds.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or coordinated wagering designed to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. They may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after Wagering Requirements are met.
• 1xbeat PSL and cricket betting promotions are available to eligible players across Pakistan during the applicable promotional window. Specific eligibility criteria and minimum odds requirements apply and are published with each offer.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 1xbeat sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game outcomes and the result registered in 1xbeat's system, the system result shall be final and binding. Palpable errors in odds — including human error and technical errors causing manifestly incorrect prices — may be voided by 1xbeat at its sole discretion.

• All cricket, PSL and sports bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB, ICC). Abandoned or postponed matches are settled according to the specific rules for each market type.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. 1xbeat does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend them at any time.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live dealer outcomes as captured by the studio feed. All RNG systems used on the 1xbeat platform are independently audited.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. 1xbeat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether due to a technical delay or human error — may be voided at 1xbeat's discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbeat platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the 1xbeat platform.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration or identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or payment systems for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 1xbeat support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer poker or multiplayer game formats.
• Using the 1xbeat platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or damage the 1xbeat platform, its servers or its underlying software infrastructure.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting any part of the 1xbeat platform or its content without express written permission.

10. Responsible Gaming

1xbeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a reliable source of income or a means to address financial difficulties. All players are encouraged to maintain awareness of their gambling behaviour and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within the 1xbeat platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure timed notifications that alert them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may apply for a temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 6 months, or a permanent account closure, directly through their account settings panel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1xbeat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio and video content, promotional materials and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1xbeat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1xbeat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 1xbeat platform or its content in any form or by any means without the prior express written consent of 1xbeat.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbeat, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 1xbeat platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity or service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.

1xbeat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 1xbeat takes all reasonable precautions to maintain platform stability and security, it cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

13. Amendments to Terms

1xbeat reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a change materially affects player rights or existing promotional commitments, in which case reasonable notice will be provided. All amendments will be effective from the date they are published on the 1xbeat platform.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the 1xbeat platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 1xbeat support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 1xbeat's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 1xbeat platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 1xbeat's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a complaint, players should contact 1xbeat support via the live chat feature or by emailing the support address listed in Section 15 below. 1xbeat commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body under the applicable licensing framework.
